Dr. Mansour received both his M.D. and M.Sc. degrees from McMaster University in Ontario, Canada. Thereafter, he completed an internship in comprehensive medicine at the University of Western Ontario, and went on to complete his residency in ophthalmology at the University of Toronto. He came to the USA to complete his fellowship in vitreoretinal and laser eye surgery at the California Pacific Medical Center in San Francisco, and then was appointed Assistant Clinical Professor of Ophthalmology at Stanford University. He was also director of the retina service as Associate Chief of the Division of Ophthalmology at Santa Clara Valley Medical Center. He remained there until he joined the faculty at George Washington University as Associate Clinical Professor of Ophthalmology in 2003.

Dr. Mansour has been involved in several areas of both basic science and clinical retinal research, and has presented his work at numerous national and international conferences. He has also authored and co-authored several articles in peer review journals, and has authored several chapters in both medical and ophthalmology textbooks. Dr. Mansour is board certified in ophthalmology from the American Board of Ophthalmology and a fellow of the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada, the American Academy of Ophthalmology, and the American College of Surgeons. He is also an active member of the American Society of Retina Specialists and the Virginia Society of Eye Physicians and Surgeons.

Nathan Radcliffe, M.D. is the Director of the Glaucoma Service at Weill Cornell Medical College and New York Hospital in New York City. Dr. Radcliffe graduated with honors from Temple University School of Medicine in 2003 and then completed his internship at the University of Hawaii in Honolulu in 2004. He served as Chief Resident during his final year at New York University and Manhattan Eye, Ear and Throat Hospital subsequently received fellowship training in glaucoma at the New York Eye and Ear Infirmary.

Dr. Radcliffe is a dedicated teacher and researcher who is involved in numerous research projects related to the care of glaucoma patients. Dr. Radcliffe’s research interests include disc hemorrhage and parapapillary atrophy in glaucoma, use of optic nerve imaging (optical coherence tomography and flicker chronoscopy) in the evaluation of glaucoma and corneal properties in glaucoma. Dr. Radcliffe's research efforts have earned him research grants from The American Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgery and the American Glaucoma Society including the Mentoring for Advancement of Physician-Scientists (MAPS) Award Program in 2009. Dr. Radcliffe proudly serves on the multimedia and bi-laws committees of the American Glaucoma Society and is a surgical video competition enthusiast.

He is a fellow of the American Academy of Ophthalmology and Royal College of Ophthalmologists. He has received the American Academy of Ophthalmology's Honor and Senior Achievement Awards. He has written over 140 scientific articles, been a reviewer for more than 30 scientific journals and is an author on 7 patents. He is recognized for his scientific contributions to retinal imaging and biophysics, laser design, phototoxicity and physiological optics.
