Vitreoretinal Instrumentation

Endoview™ Sapphire Surgical Contact Lenses

Endoview Sapphire Contact Lenses are manufactured from a single crystal sapphire – offering superior performance when compared to a standard quartz lens. A complete selection of lenses is available for vitrectomy, including plano, prismatic, high refractive, macular magnifying and an asymmetric biconcave lens.

MoistAir™ In-Line Air Humidifier

MoistAir Humidifying Chamber connects to the air line and provides humidified air to the eye during fluid air exchange. Studies have shown that the use of humidified air can substantially reduce the dehydrating effects, delay lens feathering, protect corneal endothelium, and may prevent visual field loss defects after macular hole surgery.1-8

GreenTip™ Soft Tip Cannula

GreenTip cannuals allow surgeons to effectively visualize and access the proximity of the retina. Benefits include: optimal contrast against the retina, maximized visualization and greater protection of the retina with its unique atraumatic silicone tip.

EndoProbe Models

Standard Straight

Available in: 20, 23 and 25 Gauges

Provides direct access to treatment site.
Facilitate easy insertion and extraction at the sclerotomy site.
Allow easier insertion and visibility due to a tapered tip.

Standard Angled

Available in: 20 gauge (45°)

Provides greater flexibility when using a wide-field viewing system.
Allows eaiser access around the eye.
Minimizies the chance of lens contact in phakic eyes.
Tapered top for added visibility of the treatment area and easier insertion into the eye.

Active Aspirating

Available in: 20 g Straight and Angled (45°)

Combines the utility of active aspiration and endophotocoagulation in a single device.
Eliminates the need for extrusion needles and frees hand for illumination.
Includes Luer fitting compatible with standard aspirating equipment.

Passive Fluted Aspirating

Available in: 20 G Straight

For subretinal fluid aspiration seen in tears and detachments.
Combines the utility of passive asporation and endophotocoagulation in a single device.
Optimally designed for surgeons who prefer to control the rate of fluid extrusion with their finger.

BriteLight™ Illuminating

Available in: 20 g Straight and Angled | 20, 23, 25 g Stepped and Bayonet | 20 g Straight and Angled

Provides white-light illumination with laser delivery in one convenient design.
Offers bimanual operation- one hand manages illumination and laser delivery, freeing the other hand to operate additional instruments.
Combines multiple illumination fuibers and one laser fiber for high transmission with unparalleled brightness.

Adjustable & Intuitive (standard and reverse)

Available in 20, 23 and 25 Gauge

Allows continuous adjustment of fiber optic over a wide range of angles.
Proviodes full coverage of peripheral retina without removing probe from eye.
Extends in logical motion, forming a greater angular deflection as slider is advanced.

Stepped Angled

Available in: 20-24 G, 23-27 G, and 25-30 G

Smooth and gently tapered needle that permits insertion of angled tip through standard cannulas.
Offers rigid, fixed angle for a sturdy alternative to flex-tip probes.

Transscleral Handpieces

DioPexy™ Probe

Supports transclerral treatment of retinal holes, tears and detachments.
Ensures accurate location of treatment area through transillumination of retina amining beam.
Offers clinical results comparable to cryopexy with significantly less inflammation and post-treatment discomfort.

G-Probe™

Performs transscleral cyclophotocoagulation (TSCPC) to lower intraocular pressure in patients with uncontrolled glaucoma.
Permits selective ablation of ciliary processes.
Patented design ensures accurate probe placement and spacing of treatment sites.
Induces significantly less inflammation and postoperative pain than cryotherapy and can be performed in an office.
